Refund and Cancellation Policy

A. Airtime and Data Services

Due to the intangible nature of electronic PINless recharge and data bundles, all airtime and data purchases can, by nature, not be returned to the mobile networks and are therefore final and non-refundable.

Once a payment transaction is processed, the data value is loaded to the mobile number and cannot be reversed.

B. Refunds: Business Opportunity (Affiliate Sign-Up Fee)

While the affiliate program is optional, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the initial business sign-up fee.

If you are not satisfied with the business opportunity for any reason within the first 30 days of signing up, you may request a refund of your sign-up fee.

This refund applies only to the affiliate registration fee and does not apply to any airtime/data purchases made during that period.

To request a refund, use your secure login or email info@freepaid.co.za within 30 days of your sign-up date. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
